Strawberry Palooza!

Join Edible Brattleboro for a fun, hands on, and interactive strawberry palooza cooking event at Brooks Memorial LIbrary on Monday June 26th from 5-7pm. Together we will make a strawberry salad and enjoy a strawberry rhubarb crisp for dessert! We will learn where to find strawberries locally in the month of June, how to use them, how to store them, and share our favorite strawberry recipes!
