HANDS-ON COOKING CLASS and DINNER

‘Tis the season for winter squash. Join Jamie, Edible
Brattleboro’s Cooking Educator/Coordinator, for a hands-on
cooking class celebrating winter squash in three vegan
recipes perfect for holiday gatherings. Then sit down to enjoy
a 3-course meal. Recipes include soup, salad and dessert.
