Join Edible Brattleboro for a fun, hands on, and interactive blueberry bonanza cooking event at Brattleboro Food Co-op Community Kitchen on Monday July 24th from 5-7pm. Together we will make a blueberry cucumber salad and enjoy a blueberry themed dessert! We will learn where to find blueberries locally in the month of July, how to use them, how to store them, and share our favorite blueberry recipes!
