Join Edible Brattleboro for a fun, hands on, and interactive blackberry blitz cooking event at Brattleboro Food Co-op Community Kitchen on Monday Aug 28th from 5-7pm.Together we will make a late summer charcuterie board featuring a tomato blackberry salsa and enjoy a blackberry themed dessert! We will learn where to find late season berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries) locally in the month of August, how to use them, how to store them, and share our favorite berry recipes!
